Mike began his entrepreneurial journey while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Penn State University. As an undergraduate, Mike paid for tuition by consulting and developing e-commerce websites for local businesses. In 2006, while working for Broco Supply Inc, Mike helped start an online sales website called Bargaintory.com. Its success fueled growth and opportunity, but the project was lacking scalable software to handle order processing and customer service. After searching for a solution came up empty, Mike built his own. Custom created around the online sales industry, it streamlined the day-to-day operations of Bargaintory.com averaging 5+ million in sales annually. After several years and thousands of updates, Dashboard OSM was born.

FullStac LLC, a software development company, was founded with a focus of creating and developing cloud based SaaS solutions for eCommerce and business management targeted towards small to medium size businesses. Holding company for Dashboard OSM after its M&A in 2018. As EVP, I am tasked with all day to day operations. My focus is on product development, business growth and private investor funding. FullStac is looking to partner with an Angel Investor to secure a second round of funding to take our product to the next level. Mike believes most business challenges can be solved by educating yourself daily and focusing on the solution, not the problem. Mike's philanthropy mission has always been 'Children & Technology, STEM' and advocating for Autism & Diabetes Awareness. Mike loves reading Business Insider, golfing, boating and traveling with his very supportive better half, Jillian. He currently resides in Harrisburg PA and has two children, Carter & Ava.
